To ensure speedy collection we request the following:

1. Easy access for our tow truck to collect your vehicle otherwise upon booking your vehicle collection please advise if access will be difficult.
2. Condition of tyres (preferably inflated).
3. Ignition keys.
4. Ensure all personal belongings are removed before your vehicle is collected as we are unable to take responsibility for loss items.
5. E-tag removed.
6. Scrap cars are processed within 24 hours (shredded) 100% recycled

Q: Do you buy any type of cars even if they are unregistered and not going ?
A: Yes we do.

Q: Do you require registration papers to sell my car?
A: Registration papers are not required when selling your car.

Q: Do you require keys when you purchase my car?
A: When we collect your car it makes it easier if you do have keys available although we can get around it.

Q: Does the registration have to be transferred to AAA Advantage Motors?A: Yes if the car is resalable, Advantage Motors can provide the paperwork to complete the transfer otherwise we advise you to remove your number plates and return them to Vic Roads for a refund.

Q: Does the quote for the purchasing of my car include the towing fee?

A: Yes the towing fee is included the quote.
